First Missouri Cultivation Facility To Begin Operation

Updated: Jul 10, 2023

A St. Louis based cultivator, BeLeaf Medical, was the first to be approved for operation by the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services.

BeLeaf Medical was granted 2 manufacturing licenses, 3 cultivation licenses, and 5 dispensary licenses in the greater St. Louis area. The facility will do business under the brand name, Sinse. Sinse is short for Sinsemilla which means a seedless cannabis flower, or the extremely potent flower of a marijuana plant.

John Curtis, the COO of BeLeaf Medical, stated that they plan to have wholesale products available and ready to purchase by the 4th quarter of 2020. The cultivator plans to sell packaged and bulk cannabis flower to licensed Missouri dispensaries. They will also have pre-packaged flower in 1/4 and 1/8th jars and pre-rolls available for sale as well.
