The first dispensary in Springfield, Old Route 66 Wellness, has been approved for operation and plans to open their facility in early November.
On Monday, November 2, Old Route 66 Wellness will hold a special “VIP Day.” The dispensary has set up a VIP Program for patients who are interested in signing up. On November 3, they will then open their doors to registered Missouri medical marijuana patients. Old Route 66 Wellness will be located at 2823 N Glenstone Ave in Springfield.
