Columbia’s first medical marijuana dispensary held its grand opening this week. 3Fifteen Primo Cannabis opened their doors this Tuesday to welcome patients with a Missouri medical marijuana card at 4003 Ponderosa St, Columbia, MO 65201.

This location is the first of five locations set to open in Missouri. The other locations will be in Branson, Florissant, St. Louis and Valley Park. We are not certain when the others will be opening as the Ponderosa location was delayed from its original launch. Missouri has been one of the fastest states to market after making medical marijuana legal in 2005. Some states with medical marijuana have been slow to market, but the owner of 3Fifteen Primo Cannabis credits not only the company for its quick launch by the state as well.

3Fifteen Primo Cannabis has amenities for patients. First, it is open seven days a week from 10 a.m. -10 p.m. This week, it closes at 5 p.m. on Christmas Eve and will be closed on Christmas day. There is free parking available and they only accept cash, but there is a vending machine on site. 3Fifteen Primo Cannabis currently only carries flower, but will eventually begin carrying vapes and edibles. They have 12 different strains of marijuana at the Columbia location, 10 of which are grown and produced right in Missouri by Archimedes Medical Holdings.

Stop by their new location for your medical marijuana needs! If you still need your Missouri Marijuana Card, please call or book online with us today!
