Chesterfield Valley’s first dispensary opened its doors on Tuesday, November 30th. Hippos Marijuana Dispensary is the first of three planned Hippos locations to open in Missouri, with additional stores planned to open in Springfield later this month and in Columbia in January.
The Chesterfield location is open seven days per week from 10am-8pm in the heart of Chesterfield Valley’s shopping district. The dispensary is holding a grand opening celebration on Sunday, December 12, 2021 at 2:30PM at Espino’s Mexican restaurant, located next door to the dispensary.
The event features local celebrity appearances including St. Louis Blues Alumni Kelly Chase and Barret Jackman, and Waxy Brown. Those in attendance will have a chance to win Brett Hull meet and greet, autographed hockey jerseys and other limited-edition merchandise. The first 50 attendees will receive a complimentary gift bag from the dispensary.
