How To Register As a Missouri Marijuana Patient

Schedule an appointment with one of our state-licensed physicians to see if you qualify for medical marijuana treatment. 
 

Come to your appointment with your medical records stating the diagnosis of one of the qualifying conditions, a state of Missouri ID, and your form of payment to receive a recommendation.

Once you receive your recommendation you will need to register with the DHSS. If your application is approved, you will receive your card within 30 days of application.
